As a child, Oussmane Fall turned to his camera when he first started taking pictures as a way of documenting life, which turned into a lifelong passion for photography. He has been fascinated by light ever since he was a young man.
Born in Harlem, New York, Oussmane grew up in his parents' origin country Senegal and now resides in Cincinnati Ohio, his desire to uplift the black community through his art inspired him to create Noir Media, he has pursued his passion for visual storytelling ever since. specializing in fashion,l still photography, and portraiture. After developing an interest in film Oussmane dived in the film to further his skill behind the camera and started to direct his project and collaborate with creatives around the region.
Oussmane worked on the “Why we walk” documentary as a cam operator in 20202, 2020 Director of photography on the “Good dog, Bad dog” a short film featuring Trace walked as Director of the film, Cam operator in “ THE INVITATION ” featuring Carter Maggipinto Film Director and Prince Lang.
In the Photography world, Oussmane has photographed numerous projects ranging from magazine futures such as Cincinnati Magazine, the Mordant Magazine, UK-based Fashion Magazine to fashion shows and numerous events and few projects overseas such as Senegal. Oussmane also photographed projects around the region in the collaboration with a few museums and other organizations.
